Regular laughter is good for the soul, and for your health! So we’re back to doing monthly laughter!
Laugh your way to lower stress, better moods and better health! We will spend 45 mins warming up with laughter exercises and a few breathing exercises, followed by a 15-minute laughter meditation.
Cost is FREE! Please wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes, and optionally bring a mat or towels to lie on for the laughter meditation. A bottle of water may come in handy.
