Grief is everywhere, it’s not just about death and dying but any loss. Which means that whether we know it or not we are dealing with grief constantly. Come to this informal ‘lunch & learn’ with Michael Chow, MA, MDiv, Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO), Spiritual Care Practitioner & Educator-Supervisor(CASC), to explore aspects of the grieving process and what to do when it’s too much to bear. Retired as Director of Spiritual Care, St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener, Mike is an associate therapist at Delton Glebe Counselling Centre, as well as member artist at Uptown Gallery Waterloo.
