Allen is our Custodian. When asked about Parkminster, he responded that what he likes about Parkminster is the architecture – sleek, modern, and unique with a wonderful combination of wood, brick and glass. The sanctuary is filled with arches, from the stained glass window, the sides of the pews, the woodwork in the narthex and the choir loft. Allen says that for him, the arch represents a gateway into something; as if he is passing under into the great mystery. The arches also represent the connectedness to each other, the Parkminster family.
Allen goes on to share that he feels blessed to part of a vibrant church community with his employment and participation in various committees; one being the Inclusive Ministries Committee – a personal passion.
