You are not alone. Come share the journey.

Parkminster’s services are vibrant, uplifting, and always filled with music, thanks to our music director, Neil Murray, and our various musical groups. If you are interested in joining or looking for more information, feel free to contact the office at admin@parkuc.ca.

Voices United Choir

Our Sunday morning choir of 20+ members rehearses on Thursday nights at 7:30 in the loft. We sing anthems from classical to contemporary composers in a variety of styles and languages. Being able to read music is not necessary. Check out an anthem: Love Is the Light.

Cast In Bronze Handbell Choir

Our choir of 13 dedicated ringers perform frequently at Sunday services and rehearse at 7:00 on Wednesday nights. There are currently no regular spots available, but we occasionally need volunteers to fill in for short periods leading up to a performance when one of the regular members isn’t available. Ability to read music is a must.

Men’s Chorus

The Men’s Chorus meets periodically throughout the year at 7:30 on Thursday nights, rehearsing in preparation for special services such as Christmas Eve and Music Sunday.

The Band

The Band is a group of musicians who play a variety of instruments, including drums, bass guitar, electric and acoustic guitar, and mandolin. This group regularly accompanies the congregational singing as well as solo performances during worship services. Rehearsals are usually held on Saturday mornings at 9:30 in the sanctuary.
