The purpose of the Ministry & Personnel Committee is to provide a consultative and supportive agency to both church staff and congregation, and among the church staff themselves. The committee reports monthly to the Church Council. We are currently focusing on Vital Relationships Vision at the beginning of each Council meeting. This helps us work toward PUC’s threefold vision statement: relationships, spirituality, and impact in the world.
