So do we. Sit with us, talk with us, and share the journey. This is a place for you to be who you are, a place of hope and peace and acceptance. Parkminster is people, connecting to each other and to projects and activities that enable us to live our faith.
We have returned to the hybrid worship service format (in-person and online).
COAT DRIVE – Salvation Army
Like many of the community partners and faith communities in Waterloo Region, the Salvation Army has seen an increase in need this year. And with the temperature dropping most of us are pulling out coats to stay warm. Sadly, many in our
community do not have a coat to pull out this season. At this point we do not have enough coats to distribute to the
number of people who have registered. Thank you in advance!
RED SCARF PROJECT
Once again ACCKWA (The Aids Committee of Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo & Area) is collecting hand knit (or crochet) red scarves. The scarves are needed by mid-November, but if we are too late getting them made, we store them and hand them in next year. Parkminster has donated six scarves for this current year. Please give any completed scarves to Liz Forde or email her to have them picked up (eforde@sentex.ca). To learn more about the RED SCARF PROJECT CLICK HERE .
Check out our Facebook page for a Live Streaming of our Sunday Service held Sunday mornings at 10:00am. All are welcome. We have an in-person worship experience similar to pre-pandemic. We still offer Zoom, Facebook or telephone options.
